Vaco is hiring a part-time accountant for a client in Chicago, IL.
Daily Responsibilities- Bank transactions
- Assist with AP/AR reconciliations
- Prepaid Expense Schedule
- Fixed Asset/Depreciation Schedule
- Credit Card Booking and Reconciliation
- Bank Reconciliations (can technically be done weekly)
- Accrued Expense Schedule
- Inventory Deposit Schedule and Research
- Customer Deposit Schedule
Software:
Deacom – ERP, Excel
Education:
Bachelor’s degree
Must haves:
Strong understanding of debits and credits
Standard
Hours:
1-3 days/week or could be flexible depending on what candidate needs (12-16 hours per week).
