• Lead all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Develop SaaS revenue models and key operating metrics (ARR, churn, LTV/CAC).
• Drive margin expansion and cost‑optimization strategies across the business.
• Implement AI‑driven analytics and tools to improve planning efficiency and decision support.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and executive leadership to enable data‑driven decision‑making.
• Provide board‑level reporting, insights, and recommendations to maximize enterprise value.
• Support go‑to‑market initiatives through evaluation and prioritization of growth opportunities.
• Lead financial due diligence, integration, and synergy planning for acquisitions.
• Partner with private‑equity stakeholders to support growth and transformation strategies.
• Build scalable processes and systems to support high‑paced, global expansion.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
• Ensure transparent and effective sales‑compensation structures.
• Provide financial insights to guide pricing, margin analysis, and market prioritization.

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with emphasis on FP&A.
• Deep expertise in SaaS, technology, and telecom/IoT industries.
• Proven success in private and private‑equity backed company environments.
• Strong systems knowledge:
  Net Suite, Qlik, Salesforce.
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• MBA preferred.

Salary range: $250,000 to $300,000.
