Analyst, Finance – Accounts Receivable at Verano

Verano is experiencing exponential growth, and we are looking to add a Finance team member to manage a portfolio of customer accounts. The Accounts Receivable Analyst will ensure invoices are paid promptly, serve as a direct line of communication for customers and the sales team, and perform various accounting and clerical duties to support the accounting department.

• Post sales transactions and related activity to the general ledger.
• Develop relationships with customers and internal team members.
• Reconcile individual accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve customer issues.
• Contact customers to resolve issues and ensure prompt payment.
• Provide support and assistance to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor as needed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion with sensitive data.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
• Must be able to execute and follow through to completion and documentation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and be 21 years of age or older.
• Specific industry experience is a plus.
• Sage Intacct (accounting software) and/or SAP experience is a plus.

Verano Base Pay Range: $48,000 – $58,000. Actual pay is based on experience, qualifications, and location of the role. Eligible for an annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.

Requires frequent stationary work, moving or positioning objects, and occasional lifting of packages up to 10 lb. Requires close observation, focus adjust capability, and compliance with standard physical and mental requirements for the position.

Work is performed in office and warehouse environments with moderate noise levels. In the warehouse, employees could be exposed to moving mechanical parts and the risk of electrical shock while operating machinery. Employees are expected to adhere to safety standards in both settings.
