US Divisional Chief Financial Officer

QLM Search is partnering with a US division of a global group, a specialist Service Partner to Ingredients, Food & Beverage groups, to hire their next US Divisional CFO. Reporting to the CEO with a dotted line to the Global CFO, this role will be instrumental in delivering world‑class performance across a high‑growth business that has recently made acquisitions and is a world leader in its sector.

Key Responsibilities
:

• Key regional board member and leader of the Finance team driving increased focus on business partnership, fit‑for‑purpose commercial analytics, and enhanced controls environment.
• Work closely with the US CEO, C‑suite team, and Global CFO to develop and execute strategy.
• Drive and promote the business intelligence strategy (technology, people & process) for Finance.
• Actively participate in the development and execution of strategic business plans aimed at growing the business while ensuring the financial health of the operation.
• Serve as key business partner for marketing, commercial and operations (20+ sites), driving key objectives and supporting negotiations of key customer contracts.

Qualifications
:

• Proven, hands‑on finance leader with deep experience working in a regional division (at least $200M+) of a global group (multi‑billion) in an entrepreneurial, service‑driven environment.
• Extensive experience across FP&A, partnering, controls, and stakeholder management with strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence across the business.
• Preferred sector experience in food, beverage, ingredients, or a service business.
