Summary
The Sr. Analyst Training & Development plays a key role in advancing financial literacy and operational excellence within hotel finance teams. This position supports the Senior Manager, Training & Development in executing Hyatt's finance training strategy, delivering talent development programs such as the company's Finance Academy, and coordinating strategic communications and events for hotel Directors of Finance (DOFs). The role requires strong project management abilities, a solid understanding of hotel finance, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
