As the Controller
, you’ll lead the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Your mastery of Deltek (Costpoint, Vision, or Vantagepoint) will be key in optimizing our financial systems and supporting project‑based accounting.

• Oversee all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, and revenue recognition
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close processes
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate job costing and financial tracking
• Optimize Deltek system usage and lead upgrades or integrations

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in a Controller or senior accounting role
• Strong proficiency in Deltek ERP systems (Costpoint, Vision, or Vantagepoint)
• Experience in the engineering, architecture, or professional services industry
• Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills
