An established Chicago-based team is seeking a Tax Manager to play a key role in managing client relationships and supporting the growth of its tax practice. This role offers strong exposure to leadership, meaningful responsibility, and a balanced, sustainable work environment.

• Manage and review tax engagements for individuals and business entities
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients and build long-term relationships
• Provide tax planning, advisory support, and strategic insight
• Lead and develop tax team members through coaching and review
• Research and resolve complex tax matters
• Partner with firm leadership on client growth and practice initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA required
• 5–7+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Prior experience leading teams and managing client engagements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Based in the Chicago office with a collaborative, team‑oriented culture
• High visibility with firm leadership
