The Income Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of the Club’s daily financial transactions and revenue reporting. This position serves as a key control function within the Finance Department, supporting the CFO in maintaining sound financial operations, timely reconciliations, and compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments in a fast‑paced, service‑oriented environment.

• Review and reconcile daily revenue from all operating departments, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Catering, Athletics, and Member Services.
• Verify deposits, credit card settlements, and cash receipts against daily reports.
• Audit revenue postings from the North Star Club Management System and identify discrepancies for correction.
• Prepare and post daily journal entries to the general ledger in accordance with GAAP.
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails for all income‑related activity.
• Coordinate with the Accounting team to ensure timely month‑end close and reporting.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests and ensure adherence to internal control procedures.
• Communicate with operational managers to resolve variances, support staff training, and strengthen compliance with financial policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting or income auditing experience in a hospitality, hotel, or private club environment.
• Experience with North Star or similar club/hospitality systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
