Overview
Proexec Consulting Inc. is hiring a Tax Accountant to support corporate and plant-level tax compliance and reporting for a confidential, global manufacturing organization. The role focuses on income tax provisions, transfer pricing compliance, and audit support across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing and reviewing corporate, state, and local tax returns
- Supporting monthly and annual tax provisions (ASC 740)
- Managing transfer pricing documentation and analysis for cross-border transactions
- Supporting audits, tax risk assessments (FIN 48), and reconciliations
- Monitoring tax law changes and advising on business impact
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of corporate tax experience
- Transfer pricing experience required
- CPA or CMA preferred
- Manufacturing and international tax experience a plus
