Responsibilities- Perform financial due diligence for clients acquiring and divesting businesses.
- Participate in client meetings and site visits, interacting with top-level management to obtain pertinent information for financial analysis.
- Prepare detailed financial and analytical analyses to help clients evaluate acquisition decisions and financing requirements.
- Use various software tools as designated by the firm.
- Interact with other functional areas of the practice, including tax, audit, and other consulting practices.
- A bachelor's degree, ideally with a major in accounting or finance.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience, with 3+ years in audit or transaction advisory.
- Ability to travel up to 10-15% locally and nationally.
- A self‑starter confident when interacting with clients, internal team members, and firm leadership.
Competitive benefits and compensation package. Discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
Compensation Range: $94,400 - $178,800
