Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our Accounting department and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. In this role, you will oversee P&L and balance sheet closing procedures, collaborate with the Controller to improve financial processes, and develop a strong understanding of the business and its financial impact.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Manage month-end closing processes to meet deadlines.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages, review and reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts under the Controller's direction.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and current financial legislation.
• Maintain separation of duties between financial analysis and accounting teams.
• Support and participate in audit processes.
• Enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles in collaboration with the Controller.
• Identify opportunities to enhance systems and procedures.
• Lead, develop, and train the accounting team; define and maintain optimal structure to support business needs.
• Partner with other departments to assess financial impact of strategies and decisions.
• Assist with acquisition processes to ensure smooth integration into company standards.
• Handle other ad hoc requests as needed.

Do you have what it takes?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Relevant accounting experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is a plus.
• Energetic, hands-on, and self-starter approach with strong attention to detail.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000-$120,000, depending on factors such as your location, experience, skills, and qualifications. Please note that the top end of the range is not guaranteed. This range is provided to offer transparency and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed offer. Final compensation will be determined through a thoughtful assessment of your background and fit for the role.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for bonus potential, in line with our company's bonus policies.
