Division Controller

Our client, a well-established and growing organization in the manufacturing/industrial sector, is seeking a Division Controller to lead accounting operations and partner closely with executive leadership. • Lead and manage the monthly close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements
• Oversee GAAP‑compliant accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Prepare and distribute financial statements and management reporting
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Partner with leadership on financial insights to drive profitability and growth
• Manage audits and serve as primary contact for external auditors
• Supervise and develop accounting staff, including Accounts Payable
• Drive continuous improvement across accounting processes and controls

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA preferred
• 7+ years of progressive accounting or financial leadership experience
• Manufacturing or industrial/steel industry experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting
• Proven leader with excellent communication and team management skills
• Hands‑on Division Controller who thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
