Job Description

- Lead the financial close process and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the accounting records and financial systems.

- Ensure financial reports comply with GAAP

- Develop, review, and monitor budgets.

- Conduct financial forecasting and analyze variances between actuals and budget, providing actionable insights to management.

- Optimize cash management strategies and practices to maintain liquidity and solvency.

- Mentor the accounting team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- At least 6+ years in accounting preferred

- Strong leadership and team management skills, impeccable accuracy and attention to detail, and experience guiding accounting staff.
