Bradley My client, a top Private Equity Firm is looking for an Tax Manager to join and lead their expanding team. Our client works on a hybrid basis in downtown Chicago, offers competitive compensation, comprehensive health, PTO and retirement benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage tax filings and compliance for private equity funds and related entities.
* Review partnership tax returns (1065), K-1s, and related investor reporting.
* Coordinate with external tax advisors and service providers.
* Oversee quarterly and annual tax provisions.
* Stay current on tax law changes and assess impacts.
* Support tax structuring and due diligence on new deals.
* Help respond to investor tax questions and data requests.
* Maintain clear tax documentation and support audits.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field; CPA or Master’s in Tax preferred.
* 5+ years of tax experience in Public Accounting, Private Equity, Private Credit, or Financial Service industry
* Solid understanding of partnership and fund taxation.
* Management experience is necessary
