OverviewWe’re seeking a skilled and supportive accountant to join our Chicago office. In this role, you won’t just ensure the financials are accurate. You’ll be a vital link between our business units and shared services. From payroll and reconciliations to onboarding and local office support, you’ll play a central role in keeping things running smoothly as we grow in the US.
Keyresponsibilities
You’ll work closely with the Finance Department to deliver high-quality financial support. Your core tasks will include:
Managing accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), payroll, cash management, and monthly reconciliations.
Supporting project controlling and reporting.
Acting as a facility manager for the Chicago office.
Handling onboarding of new employees—including ordering credit cards and equipment.
Supporting the IT team as a hands-on local resource.
Assisting the head of operations with administrative tasks.
Collaborating with both shared services and business units, acting as the glue that helps the organization stay connected and agile.
Your success in this role will be measured by the accuracy and timeliness of your work—and your ability to be a trusted, valued team player in the office.
Your backgroundYou bring over five years of experience in finance roles and a solid educational background in accounting or financial management. You’ve worked in global or cross-functional environments, and you know how to get things done. Both independently and with others.
