About the RoleWe’re seeking an experienced professional with a background in SaaS or Payments to support senior leadership on operational and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their career and play a hands‑on role in shaping modern financial operations.
Responsibilities- Collaborate directly with leadership to manage key SaaS and Payments initiatives.
- Support integrations, vendor relationships, and day‑to‑day operations.
- Analyze data to drive insights and process improvements.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Finance, IT, and Product to enhance customer and partner experiences.
- Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance standards are met.
- 4–5 years of experience in SaaS, Payments, or Financial Technology environments.
- Strong technical and analytical acumen.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Work directly with leadership in a growing financial organization.
