Securitization​/Structured Finance Associate or Of Counsel Am Law Firm

About the Position: Our client, the Chicago office of a prestigious global Am Law firm, is seeking a corporate or finance transactions attorney (preferably with securitization/structured finance experience) to join its practice as an associate or of counsel, depending on level of experience. The attorneys in this nationally recognized practice represent some of the most well-known global financial services institutions around the world, including banks, hedge funds, captive auto finance companies, private equity funds, asset managers, specialty finance companies, and mortgage servicing companies.

• Represent corporate clients and financial institutions in securitization and structured finance transactions
• Handle deals in a variety of asset classes, including residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS), collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), and collateralized fund obligations (CFOs)

• 1+ years of corporate or finance transactions experience from a law firm environment
• Structured finance and securitization experience and/or experience with RMBS/ABS/CLO/financing preferred
• Excellent academic credentials

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $225,000 – $435,000.
