LaSalle Network is partnering with a mission-driven consulting organization to support a strong finance team during a critical coverage period. You’ll own end-to-end billing operations, support ERP accuracy, and collaborate closely with leadership and technical teams – making an immediate, visible impact while gaining exposure to complex billing and system strategy.

• Oversee the billing process end-to-end, reviewing monthly invoices for accuracy and completeness within 20 business days of period close
• Own project setup, audits, and closures within systems, ensuring proper configuration and compliance
• Maintain data integrity and support system accuracy across billing and reporting
• Coordinate, develop, and deliver system training as directed
• Partner with finance leadership and AP to support reconciliations and high-volume billing activity

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (required)
• 3+ years of invoicing, billing, or accounting operations experience
• Experience working within a large ERP environment (required)
• Strong reconciliation skills and experience processing high-volume transactions
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Deltek, VantagePoint, or Advantage systems
• Background working with engineers, geologists, or technical teams
• Process-driven mindset with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
