Your role as a Project Finance Analyst

Key responsibilities:

Salary:
$90,000 - $101,000 plus bonus

Position Overview
To support our further worldwide growth, we are looking to recruit an Analyst to join our Corporate Finance department. The Analyst will support the team to manage the Financing and M&A agenda of the company. The position will be based in Chicago, Illinois, United States.

Roles and Responsibilities
Coordination of real estate/ project/ acquisition/ financing projects.
Coordination of M&A processes from start to post-merger integration.
Review and preparation of financial models, (financing) memorandums and other information.
External communication with banks, advisors, lawyers and other relevant stakeholders during the various processes.
Internal coordination and communication with all relevant New Cold departments to execute due diligence, structuring, insurance, valuation and KYC processes.
Monitor existing financing solutions in coordination with the central and local finance/treasury/ tax teams.

Requirements

At least 2-3 years work experience with financing, M&A, modelling, etc.
Deep understanding of corporate finance aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
Experience working in an international work environment and in diversifiedteams.
Ability to manage rapidly changing conditions and come up with creative with solutions for problems that may arise during transactions.
Strong drafting, reporting, preparation of memoranda and project management skills.
Strong business acumen and communication skills.

Education/Certification
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
Master's degree in Finance or MBA preferred.
