About the Position: Our client, a renowned global law firm, is actively seeking debt finance lawyers to join its highly regarded practice as associates in Chicago. • Advise private equity funds, corporations and portfolio companies on debt financings for acquisitions, refinancings, recapitalizations and general corporate needs
• Represent commercial banks, direct lenders, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in connection with unsecured and secured credit facilities
• Draft and negotiate commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements and other loan documents

• 2-7 years of experience handling debt finance matters in a law firm environment
• Experience with UCC matters and other general corporate transactions
• Excellent academic credentials

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid flexibility)

Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $235,000 – $420,000.
