What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Monitor monthly financials for clients and enter data into client exhibits
  • Prepare and send monthly financial reports to clients, including activity analysis and large claim details
  • Develop financial/underwriting exhibits as requested, including projections and demographics analysis
  • Assist Account Executives and Benefits Consultants in preparing proposals and renewals of benefit coverages
  • Participate in market meetings, seminars, and training programs as directed
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, economics, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of financial experience with a solid understanding of employee benefits
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, with strong to expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong analytical abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently with excellent organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in the employee benefits industry
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulations related to employee benefits
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with client reporting and financial analysis
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and functions
