• Lead the review and management of international, federal, state, and local tax compliance for private equity funds and affiliated entities.
• Direct the preparation and delivery of partnership tax returns, Schedule K-1s, and other investor reporting requirements.
• Serve as the primary liaison with external tax advisors and auditors to ensure filings are accurate and completed on schedule.
• Stay current on evolving tax regulations and evaluate potential impacts on fund structures and ongoing operations.
• Provide tax support for transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and internal restructurings.
• Enhance and maintain internal tax compliance procedures and control frameworks.
• Contribute to tax planning initiatives aimed at improving efficiency for both funds and investors.

• 5 years in tax, private equity, or a related field.
• Foundation in public accounting.
• BS in accounting; CPA preferred.
