Base salary + performance incentives

Entry-level: $45,000–$75,000

Licensed Advisors: $86,000–$117,000+Long-term earning potential grows as you build your own client base

Develop customized financial plans based on client goals, values, and risk tolerance

Conduct client review meetings and monitor ongoing progress

Maintain accurate CRM records and client service workflows

Participate in prospecting, outreach, and lead nurturing
