About the Role

A leading global investment bank (representative of our employer network) is hiring a Healthcare Investment Banking Analyst/Associate to support M&A execution, capital raising, and strategic advisory in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

You’ll collaborate closely with senior bankers, clients, and cross‑functional deal teams on high‑impact transaction work.

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of M&A transactions, IPOs, and capital raises in healthcare.
• Build detailed financial models, including:
  • Operating & valuation analyses
• Conduct market research across biotech, pharma, medtech, and healthcare services.
• Prepare pitchbooks, investor materials, and client presentations.
• Participate in due diligence across financial, clinical, product, and regulatory areas.
• Analyze industry trends and company performance metrics.
• Assist with deal structuring, transaction logistics, and closing processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Biology, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of valuation, financial modeling, and corporate finance.
• Interest in healthcare markets, biotech innovation, or medical technology.
• Experience in IB, consulting, equity research, or life sciences preferred.
• Exceptional analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
