Position Overview
A leading real estate organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting across multiple portfolios. This role plays a critical part in budgeting, forecasting, valuation, and performance reporting, partnering closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare annual budgets and lead quarterly reforecasting cycles to support strategic planning
- Analyze portfolio performance, identify trends, risks, and performance gaps, and clearly communicate insights
- Support valuation activities in partnership with Accounting and other stakeholders
- Produce high-quality financial and investor reporting aligned with business objectives
- Deliver regular performance updates and ad-hoc analysis to senior leadership
- Develop cash flow projections, investment return analysis, and valuation models
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of financial reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support broader business initiatives
- Perform additional analytical and reporting responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
- 3–5 years of relevant financial analysis experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Strong understanding of financial statements and how they interconnect
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder management skills
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to commercial real estate, including asset management, leasing, development, valuations, or capital markets
- Familiarity with public company reporting and investor-facing deliverables
- Experience with M&A or complex portfolio analysis
