The Manager of Treasury Services plays a critical role in overseeing PROENERGY Services' daily and strategic financial operations related to cash flow, liquidity management, investment planning, and financial risk management . This position is central to maintaining the company's financial health by ensuring sufficient cash availability, optimizing banking operations, and aligning short-term assets and liabilities with corporate financial goals. The Manager will oversee treasury operations including cash management, banking relationships, investment activities, and financial risk while ensuring adequate liquidity to meet obligations, optimize cash use, and comply with regulatory requirements.

This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including external auditors, legal counsel, and business unit leaders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal control frameworks, and financial reporting standards. The Manager of Treasury Services will develop and maintain robust internal controls over treasury operations, conduct comprehensive risk assessments, and support the organization's commitment to transparent, accurate, and compliant financial management.

This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and plays an integral role in supporting strategic business initiatives across PROENERGY's global operations.

• Monitor daily cash positioning and optimize liquidity across all PROENERGY entities.
• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
• Oversee cash management operations including disbursements, collections, and cash concentration activities.
