ThePosition
The Private Wealth Management (PWM) team works with high-net-worth individuals, families and related institutions, building customized separate account portfolios around each client’s objectives, risk tolerance, income needs, liquidity and time horizon — with a focus on capital preservation and long‑term growth.
The Senior Client Service Associate is responsible for the full life cycle of a relationship and supports the Portfolio Management team to further develop and enhance existing client relationships. Our goal is to provide an exceptional client experience by serving as a strategic and trustworthy partner to maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
Responsibilities- Develop, manage, and expand private wealth relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Attend and contribute to client meetings and discussions covering investment strategy, account performance, new products, and market developments to promote growth and strengthen client relationships
- Partner with internal business units and subject matter experts to deliver comprehensive solutions and address client needs
- Prepare materials for client meetings, reviews, due diligence meetings, and prospect presentations
- Own and manage the client onboarding experience
- Develop, implement, and monitor the team’s client service model
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of prior experience in Private Wealth Management (PWM), in a client‑facing role working directly with high-net-worth individuals and families
- Demonstrated knowledge of investment products, services and terminology, gained within a PWM or comparable private client environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform a wide variety of complex and confidential tasks with speed and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple and conflicting deadlines with initiative and adaptability
- Strong analytical skills and sound independent judgment to solve client issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate constructively within the department and the firm
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and CRM platforms
