Cresco Labs is seeking a Director, FP&A who will report to the VP of Finance. This role partners with business leaders on financial initiatives, owning budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and profitability analysis.
It requires a strong leader capable of guiding a team in a fast-paced, multi-state cannabis environment. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in senior FP&A, solid experience with BI reporting and KPI development, and a thorough understanding of US GAAP and IFRS regulations.
