** Role Overview
** Cboe Global Markets is seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Senior Risk Analyst to join its Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team, contributing to the organization’s strategically important risk culture and focus on organizational resilience. This role plays a key part in advancing Cboe’s commitment to strengthening its three lines, specifically maturing the organization’s second line ERM function.  The successful candidate will work closely with the first line and other risk management teams and Internal Audit to ensure that risks are properly identified, assessed, and managed.  

Additionally, this role will assist in maturing risk-related Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) data, processes, and procedures that support the ERM program. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of risk management experience gained at a Systemically Important Financial Institution (SIFI) or Systemically Important Financial Market Utility (SIFMU), paired with hands-on proficiency in governance, risk and compliance (GRC) tools. This role reports to the Senior Director, ERM.
** Your responsibilities will be:
*** Lead and significantly contribute to second line activities to drive the risk management framework and ongoing maintenance and maturity within the U.S.
* Collaborate with ERM leads, business units and function leaders, Internal Audit, and Compliance to enhance monitoring and reporting of risks by gathering data and assisting in the development of dashboards and risk metrics.
* Serve as an independent second line reviewer, providing effective challenge to first line business units on the identification, assessment and management of risks.
