A private equity-sponsored healthcare organization is seeking a strategic and operationally sophisticated Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO and Board in driving the next phase of growth and value creation.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a proven healthcare finance executive who has successfully operated in a private equity environment and contributed meaningfully to a liquidity event.

The company operates in a high-growth healthcare services segment and is positioned for scale through operational optimization, disciplined financial management, and potential M&A activity. Backed by experienced investors, the organization is entering a value acceleration phase with a clear path toward exit.

The CFO will serve as a key architect of enterprise value creation, ensuring financial rigor, scalable infrastructure, and investor-grade reporting.

• Lead all financial operations including FP&A, accounting, treasury, tax, and revenue cycle oversight
• Build investor-ready financial reporting and board materials
• Drive EBITDA expansion through financial discipline and KPI visibility
• Partner with operations to enhance margin, cash flow, and working capital performance
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Support M&A evaluation, diligence, integration, and synergy realization
• Strengthen internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance frameworks
• Prepare the organization for a successful liquidity event

• Prior CFO experience within a private equity-backed healthcare organization
• Direct involvement in a successful exit (sale to strategic, sponsor-to-sponsor, or recapitalization)
• Strong command of healthcare financial drivers including reimbursement models and regulatory considerations
• Proven experience building scalable finance infrastructure in a growth environment
• Deep understanding of EBITDA, cash flow optimization, and value creation planning
• Board-facing executive with strong investor communication skills
• Hands-on leader comfortable operating in fast-paced, performance-driven environments

• Multi-site healthcare services (provider platforms, MSOs, post-acute, behavioral health, home-based care, specialty services, etc.)
• Experience supporting add-on acquisitions and integration
• CPA or advanced financial credential preferred
