DRW is seeking a Floor Trader to join our training program on the Cboe floor and DRW’s trading desk in Chicago. You will learn markets, trading tools, and decision making through hands-on experience with seasoned traders and brokers.
Analyze order flow, identify opportunities, and help develop market‑beating tools with engineers. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is expected around Dec 2026–Jun 2027;
Python is a plus. This is a fast‑paced role with growth in responsibility.
