   Scope As a Vice President in our Financial Restructuring Group you will lead execution on a variety of transactions, including debtor- and creditor-side engagements ranging from capital markets and refinancing transactions to M&A and broad restructurings. The group offers a unique opportunity to work on projects that provide exposure to a wide variety of financial advisory and investment banking products and industries.

These services include:  Advising companies and stakeholders in out-of-court and in-court restructurings

Raising debt and equity financing

Providing distressed M&A advisory services

Advising in special situations with elements of distressed investing

Participating in complex negotiations on behalf of our clients  Responsibilities You will lead the execution on a variety of transactions, including creditor- and debtor-side restructuring, liability management, capital markets and distressed mergers & acquisitions

Prepare, analyze and help explain historical and projected financial information

Coordinate and perform business due diligence, lead and execute M&A transactions

Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches and other presentations

Value companies and businesses

Assist in the marketing and planning of engagements

Lead a deal team including associates and analysts, serving as the “day to day” point person to drive a process and interact with the client

Build relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients and professional advisors

Requirement Qualifications Degree qualified7-11 years’ experience in Restructuring or Leveraged Finance Proven deal execution experience in Financial Restructuring, Leveraged Finance or M&ADemonstrable experience in leading discussions with senior client executives and target management

Develop and review financial models

Highly proficient at Excel and Power Point Strong  understanding of credit documents and liability management transactions

Must have the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously

Strong work ethic, organizational skills and ability to multitask

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Ability to grow our business and act entrepreneurially
