Crypto Trade Support - Global Hedge Fund Comp

A leading global multi-strategy hedge fund is looking to hire a Trade Support / Middle Office professional in Chicago to support its rapidly expanding Digital Assets trading business.

The firm runs discretionary and systematic strategies across Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Commodities and Digital Assets. With a strong focus on technology and innovation, Traders, Researchers, Engineers and Operations teams work closely together to support trading activity across global markets.

This is a front-office facing role covering the full trade lifecycle across cryptoassets and derivatives, including trade capture, clearing, position reconciliations, daily P&L and resolving trading-related issues. The position offers significant interaction with traders, supporting their strategies and day-to-day activity in a fast-paced, 24/7 trading environment.

A key focus of the role is automation, process improvement and enhancing proprietary trading infrastructure. The team works closely with Engineering to develop tools, streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. Candidates with futures and options experience, strong technical aptitude and an interest in digital assets will be particularly well suited, with Python, Git or Linux experience advantageous.
