- Contribute to the review and comparative analysis of the existing municipal performance self‑assessment methodology developed under the Integrated Municipal Development (IMD) Project against CAF structure, principles, and criteria.
- Assist in identifying methodological gaps, overlaps, and areas for alignment, and support the formulation of practical recommendations for integration of CAF concepts.
- Support the development and refinement of local‑level CAF guidelines, including inputs to assessment criteria, scoring approaches, and action‑planning components.
- Contribute technical inputs to the localisation and configuration of the CAF e‑tool, including review of content, structure, and usability from a municipal perspective.
- Cooperate closely with partner municipalities, GIZ, the Armenian Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, and other relevant stakeholders through consultations, working sessions, and feedback processes.
- Support the consolidation of stakeholder feedback and contribute to revision and finalisation of CAF‑related tools and guidance materials.
- Ensure assigned outputs are technically sound, context‑appropriate, and aligned with European public sector quality management standards.
