Opportunity

The primary focus is to support the commitment to customer care by efficiently and effectively providing the highest level of service. Must have excellent working knowledge of all services, products and procedures within the spa. Our goal is to exceed our guests’ expectations every time they visit our spa.

• Meeting and greeting guests with professionalism
• Maintaining cleanliness standards of all spa areas including treatment rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
• Using proper verbiage at all times
• Upholding and maintaining set uniform and grooming standards
• Knowledge of spa services and amenities
• Knowledge of emergency procedures
• Providing the highest level of technical service and adherence to SOPs
• Meeting agreed-upon retail sales goals by educating guests on at-home care
• Sales goals set depending on department and retail-to-service percentage
• Maintaining continuing education criteria based on State of Wisconsin or Illinois requirements
• Adhering to policies put in place by Forbes, Kohler Waters Spa and Kohler Co.
• Performing special event treatments at various locations and during events (secondary to primary function)
• Performing any other duties as assigned

• 6+ years' experience in a licensed field
• Oversees all new-hire training for technical performance and Forbes standards; participates in spa menu development (research, ideas, drafting SOPs); manages additional projects as assigned by Lead
• Helps manage schedule of associates and in-house trainings; mandatory attendance at in-house trainings
• Acts as Lead when Lead is out

The competitive commission range for this position plus tips/gratuity may be influenced by a variety of factors. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
