Assistant Manager

Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Salon Manager for The Lash Lounge in Chicago.

The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for lash extensions in the United States. Founded in Dallas, TX, The Lash Lounge offers a complete menu of services including tinting, threading, perming, and more. We focus on creating an inviting atmosphere with an exceptional guest experience.

• Report directly to the Salon Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff.
• Help manage the Front Desk Associates and Stylists and cultivate a positive, fun work environment.
• Focus on sales and helping the team meet company goals.
• Train staff in selling memberships and retail.

• Experience managing employees.
• Experience with front desk sales, preferably in salon, spa, or membership businesses.
• Exceptional customer service and computer skills;
  Mind Body Online experience is a plus.
• College degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States with reliable transportation.

Compensation: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

• Salary commensurate with experience
