Assistant Manager Opportunity – Diversey Sport Clips Haircuts is looking for a motivated, talented Assistant Manager who is passionate about cutting hair, delivering an exceptional client experience, and helping build a high-performing, positive team culture alongside the Store Manager.

What You’ll Do
• Support the Store Manager in daily salon operations and team leadership
• Deliver high-quality haircuts and excellent client service
• Help coach and elevate team members to reach their full potential
• Act as a key point of communication between staff, management, and clients
• Assist with scheduling, organization, and problem-solving in a busy salon environment What We’re Looking For
• Strong leadership and management skills with a business mindset
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities
• Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented
• Passion for the hair industry and staying current with trends
• Salon management experience is a plus—but not required We value team players who care about building a strong client base and creating an outstanding guest experience.
Compensation Assistant Managers typically earn $30–$44/hour, including base pay, tips, and incentives. Top performers often earn even more.
