BCBA Fieldwork Student – Supervised ABA Experience
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated BCBA fieldwork student in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to join our team. This opportunity is designed to provide comprehensive, hands‑on, and supervised experience delivering ABA services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to implement individualized ABA-based treatment plans.
- Collect accurate, ongoing data on targeted behaviors and skill acquisition programs.
- Assist in conducting skill assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS).
- Participate in functional behavior assessments and contribute to behavior intervention plan (BIP) development.
- Collaborate with and train RBTs on treatment integrity and clinical strategies.
- Take lead roles on client teams under the guidance of a supervising BCBA.
- Assist BCBAs with treatment planning, clinical report writing, and creating or modifying programming.
- Attend and contribute to clinical team meetings, staff trainings, and supervision sessions.
- Stay informed on current research and best practices in behavior analysis relevant to caseload.
- Uphold confidentiality and the ethical standards set by the BACB® Professional and Ethical Compliance Code.
Qualifications:
- Actively enrolled in a Master’s program in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Excellent communication, observation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member.
- Must pass background checks and comply with organizational and licensing requirements.

Schedule:
We are seeking a full‑time fieldwork student who is available Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, with occasional evening availability to support behavior technicians and RBTs during client sessions when needed. Flexibility with scheduling and availability on federal holidays is requested. We are looking for team members committed to client progress, professional development, and collaborative teamwork.
