Join a fast-growing, patient-centered Pain Medicine group dedicated to improving quality of life through advanced, multidisciplinary care. MAPS Centers for Pain Control is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic outpatient team on Chicagos southwest side.
Locations
Midway - 4354 W 63rd St, Chicago, IL
Frankfort - 10095 W Lincoln Hwy, Frankfort, IL
Hazel Crest - 17680 Kedzie Ave, Hazel Crest, IL
Practice Highlights
Outpatient only - Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM
No nights, no weekends, and no call
Work alongside a collaborative team of 7 Physicians & 7 experienced APPs
Full support from Pain Medicine, Spine Surgery, Radiology, and Vein specialists
Access to Ultrasound and X-ray in clinic
EMR:
Dr Chrono
Salary is negotiable - starting at $105-$110K for new grads
Role & Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pain management patient care in an established clinical setting
Build relationships with patients living with chronic and acute pain conditions
Optional participation in in-office procedures (joint injections, Botox training provided!)
Excellent mentorship designed for new grads ready to launch their career in Pain Medicine
