CLIENT'S

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy required from an accredited program.

Must hold a valid Illinois occupational therapy license and meet school-based certification requirements.

Experience working with children in an educational setting.

CLIENT REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct evaluations to determine students' functional abilities and develop individualized therapy plans.

Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy to help students improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living tasks.

Work with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success in the classroom.

Keep accurate records of evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and compliance reports.

Participate in IEP meetings, providing input on accommodations and modifications for student success.
