As our Occupational Therapist & Financial Wellness Program Developer
, you’ll work directly with adults navigating ADHD and other neurodivergent identities while also helping shape our innovative Financial Wellness Program.
You’ll blend direct care with thoughtful content creation—turning OT strategies into practical tools for life and money management.
Compensation: $45–$55/hour (clinical), $20–$25/hour (admin/content)
Hours: Begins part-time with a path to full-time status
Location: Hybrid with at least 15 in-person hours/week (Bucktown, Chicago)
Reports to: Jenn Graus, LCPC and Practice Owner
This job involves a lot of creativity, client connection, and resource-building:
Providing 1:1 and group OT care, designing neurodivergent-friendly financial wellness tools, developing content like blogs and videos, attending team meetings, coordinating care, and creating accessible educational materials rooted in executive functioning and life skills.

You’ll offer trauma-informed, affirming OT care while developing a unique Financial Wellness Program alongside our team.
Whether you’re crafting a new budgeting tool, filming a short video, or co-hosting a wellness workshop, your work will help clients build lives of function, clarity, and confidence
—and support our team in offering thoughtful, aligned services every step of the way.
Provide in-person and telehealth OT services for neurodivergent adults (ADHD, Autism, PDA, anxiety, OCD, etc.)
Build executive functioning, emotional regulation, and life skills
Address financial overwhelm and avoidance with trauma-informed tools
Help clients create and maintain functional money routines and systems
Modify physical/digital environments to reduce financial stress
PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT- Collaborate to build a strengths-based, inclusive Financial Wellness Program
- Translate OT principles into visual and practical financial strategies
- Develop curriculum, handouts, digital tools, and workshop materials
- Write blog posts and create videos to promote OT/financial wellness
- Attend weekly team meetings and supervision
- Collaborate on internal projects and community outreach
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and communication
