Health Center Manager (RN)

Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Health Center Manager (RN) to provide care to client employees and their dependents at our Health Center located in Chicago, IL. Scheduled hours are Monday–Friday 7:00‑1 m‑3:30 pm.

• Manage daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance
• Oversee hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (typically composed of RNs, LPNs, administrative, and technical staff)
• Allocate time to patient care and technical expertise as needed
• Monitor patient flow, patient utilization, and penetration
• Identify process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, and determine root cause analysis
• Serve as infection control lead, collaborate on quality initiatives, and maintain compliance with regulations
• Communicate corporate policies, conduct meetings, and engage with client representatives
• Complete incident reports and assist with investigations and complaint resolutions
• Maintain patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (required)
• Current license as RN in the state of practice (required)
• Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC, or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers (required);
  Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN‑S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management (preferred and may be required for some sites)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field (required)
• 2–3 years of management experience
• Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC, or other industry standards for infection prevention practices

We offer competitive pay of $95,124.80‑$ annually. The reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this position is $95,124.80‑$ annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
