Health Center Manager (RN)
Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Health Center Manager (RN) to provide care to client employees and their dependents at our Health Center located in Chicago, IL. Scheduled hours are Monday–Friday 7:00‑1 m‑3:30 pm.
What You’ll Do- Manage daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performance
- Oversee hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (typically composed of RNs, LPNs, administrative, and technical staff)
- Allocate time to patient care and technical expertise as needed
- Monitor patient flow, patient utilization, and penetration
- Identify process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, and determine root cause analysis
- Serve as infection control lead, collaborate on quality initiatives, and maintain compliance with regulations
- Communicate corporate policies, conduct meetings, and engage with client representatives
- Complete incident reports and assist with investigations and complaint resolutions
- Maintain patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (required)
- Current license as RN in the state of practice (required)
- Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC, or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers (required);
Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services - Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN‑S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management (preferred and may be required for some sites)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field (required)
- 2–3 years of management experience
- Experience accessing CDC, WHO, APIC, or other industry standards for infection prevention practices
We offer competitive pay of $95,124.80‑$ annually. CompensationThe reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this position is $95,124.80‑$ annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
