Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago is a leading pediatric provider focused on family-centered care. The AMP Lab conducts NIH‑funded research to support heart health across generations using virtual methods such as online surveys, video‑based measurement, and electronic health record data.
As a Coordinator, you will own projects from start‑up to close‑out, manage protocols, recruit participants, develop educational materials, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role blends research, data management, and participant communication.
Responsibilities- Assist with study start‑up, protocol coordination, and close‑out activities.
- Maintain adherence to study protocols and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure effective implementation.
- Support development, implementation, and tracking of studies with minimal supervision.
- Prepare protocols, informed consents, recruitment materials, and maintain study documentation via regulatory binders.
- Identify, recruit, and guide eligible participants through consent/assent.
- Assist in delivering behavioral interventions and arranging study visits; provide instructions to participants.
- Abstract data from medical records and enter into case report forms and systems such as REDCap; prepare data for analysis.
- Create and update research‑related forms and templates; manage participant reimbursements.
- Conduct literature searches, assist with QA/QC procedures, and track deadlines for grants and deliverables in compliance with regulations.
- Promote ethical conduct of research by attending educational meetings and conferences.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree required; relevant experience may be considered.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of FDA, HSR, and GCP guidelines.
- Proficient analytical skills with adaptability to various technological systems.

Pay Range$46,280.00 – $75,670.40
