Disability Claims Specialist (Remote)
(Internally: Quality Assurance Specialist)
The IMA Group is hiring a Disability Claims Specialist to review and quality-check disability-related IME reports and medical documentation. This fully remote role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and timely report delivery.
Pay: $25–$28/hour (based on experience)
Location: Remote (excluding NYC, Chicago, CA, CO, WA)
Key Responsibilities- Review IME reports, addenda, and peer reviews for accuracy and compliance
- Process revisions and manage addendum requests end-to-end
- Track deadlines and prioritize urgent client requests
- Communicate report status with internal teams
- 1+ year of disability claims experience required
- Clinical background preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word (Excel a plus)
