The Role

As a Massage Therapist – Part‑Time at No

MI Spa, you deliver personalized wellness experiences, offering varied massage therapies tailored to guest needs. You help guests and local clients find calm, restorative environment. You collaborate with a professional spa team that values artistry, intuition, and service excellence.

Wage Information

This part‑time position offers hourly base rate of $12.75 and is classified as a tipped role. You may earn gratuities and commission. Details regarding gratuity structure and commission opportunities will be discussed during interview and offer stages.

Qualifications

• Licensing:
  Valid Massage Therapy License issued by the State of Illinois, in good standing.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years in a luxury spa, hotel, or high‑end wellness environment.
• Techniques:
  Proficient in a variety of massage modalities, with ability to customize services to guest needs.
• Professionalism:
  Refined demeanor with a strong commitment to exceptional service and guest privacy.
• Teamwork:
  Ability to collaborate effectively in a supportive, guest‑focused team environment.
• Communication:
  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm, intuitive approach to guest care.
• Physical Stamina:
  Able to stand for extended periods and safely perform treatments, including lifting or moving supplies.
• Availability:
  Open and flexible schedule, including availability on weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
