• $18 / hr based on experience; registered MAs earn $1 more / hr.
• Shift differential: additional $10 / hr for hours worked after 5:30 pm and on weekends.
• $500 sign‑on bonus at 90 days, plus $1,000 bonuses at 6 and 12 months.

• Assist medical professionals with routine patient care, laboratory procedures, and clerical tasks.
• Monitor patient flow to ensure prompt and effective service.
• Prepare examination rooms, maintaining cleanliness, order, and proper stocking of supplies.

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• Successful completion of a Medical Assistant program, required.

• Medical Assistant experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy skills, or a desire to learn, strongly preferred.
• Experience with computers, Microsoft products, and EMR preferred.
• Current and active CPR card, required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bilingual language ability is a plus.
