Eyas Landing - Avondale offers a unique opportunity to provide evidence‑based, play‑focused pediatric therapy through the Merlin Day Academy—a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6‑14 with ASD, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs.
About The Role
As an OT Department Lead / Supervisor you will:
- Provide individualized and group occupational therapy to children and families.
- Implement client‑centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration.
- Collaborate daily with physical, speech therapists and social workers.
- Document progress and communicate with families to support continuity of care.
- Provide mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to Occupational Therapists to ensure consistency in care delivery and professional growth.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: $80,000‑$87,000 per year.
