- Provide clinical oversight and supervision to ASWs and MFTIs.
- Assist Director in quality assurance and program development tasks for social services.
- Provide emotional support, crisis intervention and counseling; offer information and referrals, and assist patients and families with financial assistance and supportive services for problems related to hospitalization, illness, disability or trauma across all clinical care areas.
- Complete psychosocial assessments and work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Complete necessary documentation and maintain clinical records for all social service consults during their length of stay.
- Ph.D. or Psy.
D. or current registration with Board of Behavioral Sciences as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC or related licensed clinical practitioner. - Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Minimum of 2 years Inpatient or Outpatient Behavioral Health experience, including work with a diverse population with a wide range of problems (e.g., death and dying, maternal and child care, substance abuse, disability, chronic illness).
Competitive compensation with an estimated range of $34.45 to $49.90 per hour, including wages, benefits and other compensation. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selection based on qualifications, experience, education, and credentials.
