Position:
Territory Manager

$75,350.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

• Commission

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client departments and mid-level management
• Lead onboarding of new clients and introduce Agiliti services
• Monitor key performance indicators and prepare client reports
• Deliver educational content on medical devices and compliance requirements
• Coordinate service efforts for unexpected equipment or mobile lab failures
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service quality

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in management, sales, or customer service
• 2+ years in Central Sterile Processing or Operating Room environments
• Ability to travel at least 50%
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• Knowledge of sterile processing and OR environments
• IAHCSMM or CBSPD certification preferred (or obtained within six months)
• Strong presentation, leadership, and team‑building skills
