Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Patient Acquisition & Volume Growth (Primary Focus - 40%) Objective:
  Drive daily patient visits from current levels to aggressive growth targets
• Develop and execute comprehensive patient acquisition strategies
• Own monthly patient volume targets for each clinic location
• Analyze patient flow patterns, peak times, and seasonal trends
• Identify and capture market share from competitors
• Optimize marketing spend for maximum patient ROI
• Test new channels and tactics to drive incremental volume
• Target KPI:
  Achieve 20-30% year-over-year patient visit growth

• 5+ years healthcare marketing experience (urgent care, retail health, ambulatory, or hospital outpatient)
• 3+ years driving patient acquisition and growth with measurable results
• Proven track record of growing patient volume by 25%+ year-over-year
• Digital marketing expertise - Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, analytics
• Multi-channel campaign management across digital and traditional
• Budget management of $200,000+ annually
• B2B and B2C marketing experience in healthcare setting
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (required)

• MBA or Master's degree in Marketing/Healthcare Administration (preferred)
• Certifications (preferred):
  Google Ads Certification;
  Hub Spot Content Marketing;
  Healthcare Marketing certifications
• Chicago or Midwest healthcare market knowledge
• Employer partnership development experience
• Multi-location healthcare network experience
• Grassroots/community marketing campaigns
